Privacy Issues

1. Posted messages and free Assemblies are not private. If you post a message to an Assembly, anyone can read it. If you create a free Assembly, anyone can enter it.
2. When you post a message or create an Assembly, your email address becomes available to those who visit the Assembly. Nerd World Media and/or javacoffeebreak cannot control who sends you email, nor how often it is sent. Under Assembly's Acceptable Use Policy, it is prohibited for mass marketers to use your email address for the marketing of goods or services. Please read the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
3. Nerd World Media and/or javacoffeebreak cannot control the content of messages posted to your Assembly. Under Assembly's Acceptable Use Policy, it is prohibited for any user to post messages containing pornographic, racist, or threatening messages. Please read the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
4. Nerd World Media and/or javacoffeebreak reserves the right to create a directory of all Assemblies, including Assembly names, descriptions, and administrators' names.
5. Nerd World Media reserves the right to put all Assembly data into its search engine. The name and description of your Assembly may appear as the result of a query, and Internet users may enter your Assembly.
6. Nerd World Media and/or javacoffeebreak reserves the right to place advertising banners, graphics, and any other information in any form on your Assembly. Advertising banners may not always match the topic of your Assembly.
7. Nerd World Media and/or javacoffeebreak reserves the right to use your Assembly name, as well as information from within your Assembly, in any promotions or services.
8. Nerd World Media and/or javacoffeebreak may send you updates on products or services via email, the number of which will not exceed one per month.
